At Shri Sidhi Narayana Centre, our hearts are filled with deep gratitude and reverence for our revered Guru, Nalenthiran Thiyagarajah, the luminous guiding light who founded this sacred mission. His unconditional love, infinite care, and boundless wisdom have been the foundation upon which this organization stands today. Without his divine vision, relentless dedication, and unwavering faith, we would not have been able to embark on this profound spiritual journey that continues to uplift and transform countless lives.

At the heart of his teachings lies the eternal truth that spiritual growth is not merely an intellectual pursuit but a way of life, cultivated through devotion, selflessness, and deep inner realization. He has shown us that the path to enlightenment is not one of grand gestures but of quiet, sincere, and humble efforts undertaken with a pure heart. Every word he speaks carries the weight of divine truth, every action he takes is infused with deep compassion, and every lesson he imparts is a reflection of the boundless love he has for all of humanity.

Our Guru’s life has been a testament to the highest virtues-Compassion, Wisdom, Patience, Humility, Selflessness, Divine Love, Detachment, Purity, and Inner Realization.

Compassion: A Love That Knows No Bounds

Our Guru has demonstrated, time and again, the true meaning of compassion. He has embraced every seeker who comes to him, regardless of background, status, or circumstance, with an open heart and a listening ear. His compassion is not just in words but in action—lifting those in distress, soothing troubled hearts, and bringing light where there is darkness. In a world often filled with division and suffering, his presence is a reminder that love and kindness are the greatest healers. His every teaching carries a message of unity, reminding us that no soul is ever too lost to find its way back to the divine.

Wisdom: A Light in the Darkness

True wisdom is not merely the accumulation of knowledge but the deep understanding of life and its higher purpose. Our Guru embodies this divine wisdom, offering guidance that is both profound and practical. He teaches us to see beyond the illusions of the material world and to focus on the eternal truths that govern our existence. His wisdom is not something he imposes upon us; rather, he gently encourages us to seek it within ourselves, knowing that each soul must walk its own path to realization. Through his profound discourses and personal guidance, he has equipped us with the tools to navigate life's challenges with clarity, strength, and grace.

Patience: The Silent Strength of the Soul

In our spiritual journey, there are moments of doubt, struggle, and frustration. Yet, our Guru has shown us the power of patience—the ability to endure with faith and perseverance. He has never hurried us along our paths but has instead allowed each of us the space and time we need to grow. Like a loving gardener tending to each plant, he nurtures our souls, knowing that true transformation cannot be rushed. His patience is not just with us but with the world at large, as he continues his work with unwavering commitment, despite the obstacles that arise.

Humility: The Mark of a True Master

True greatness lies in humility, and our Guru is the living embodiment of this virtue. Despite his vast spiritual knowledge and achievements, he remains humble, always crediting the divine for all that is accomplished. He never seeks recognition or accolades, choosing instead to serve quietly and selflessly. Through his example, he teaches us that the more we advance on the spiritual path, the more we must cultivate humility. It is not about proving oneself superior but about recognizing that we are all mere instruments of the divine will.

Selflessness: A Life of Pure Service

Selflessness is the hallmark of a true spiritual being, and our Guru exemplifies this virtue in every aspect of his life. Every moment of his existence is dedicated to the well-being of others, without any expectation of reward or recognition. Whether guiding seekers on their paths, offering solace to those in need, or simply being present for those who seek his wisdom, he gives freely and abundantly. His selfless service inspires us to look beyond our own needs and desires and to dedicate ourselves to the upliftment of all beings.

Divine Love: The Essence of Spirituality

Love is the very essence of spirituality, and our Guru radiates divine love in its purest form. His love is not bound by conditions or expectations; it is a love that embraces all, forgives all, and uplifts all. Through his presence, we have experienced what it means to be truly loved—not for who we pretend to be but for who we truly are. His love is a reminder that we are never alone, that the divine is always with us, and that we are all deeply connected through the threads of universal love.

Detachment: The Path to True Freedom

In a world driven by material desires and attachments, our Guru has taught us the liberating power of detachment. He shows us that true happiness does not come from external possessions or fleeting pleasures but from the ability to remain centered in the divine, regardless of external circumstances. Detachment does not mean indifference; rather, it is the ability to engage fully with the world while remaining free from its chains. Through his example, we learn that true freedom comes from surrendering to the divine will and letting go of that which does not serve our higher purpose.

Purity: The Reflection of the Divine Within

Our Guru embodies purity in thought, word, and deed. His presence alone inspires us to cultivate sincerity, integrity, and truthfulness in all aspects of our lives. He teaches us that spiritual purity is not about external appearances but about the depth of our inner devotion and sincerity. Through his example, we strive to cleanse our hearts of ego, negativity, and impurities, so that we may become worthy vessels of divine grace.

Inner Realization: Awakening the Divine Within

Perhaps the greatest gift our Guru has given us is the understanding that all that we seek lies within us. He has guided us toward inner realization, teaching us that the divine is not a distant entity but the very essence of our being. Through his teachings and meditative practices, he has shown us the path to self-discovery and ultimate liberation. His unwavering faith in our potential gives us the strength to continue our spiritual journey with confidence and devotion.

A Heartfelt Tribute

As we gather today, we acknowledge that this sacred organization is not just a structure or a community but a living embodiment of our Guru’s vision and love. His tireless efforts, his selfless service, and his unshakable faith in the divine have brought us together as a spiritual family. Words cannot fully express the depth of our gratitude for his guidance, but with full hearts, we offer our reverence, love, and commitment to walking this path with sincerity and dedication.

May we continue to be blessed by his presence, may his teachings remain forever in our hearts, and may we strive, each day, to live by the divine virtues he has so beautifully exemplified.

With deepest gratitude and devotion,

Shri Siddhi Narayana Centre Family.

Guruji's Message

Guruve Saranam,

It is my pleasure to give blessing and deliver this message through the organization. This organization is taking care of individual’s self-satisfaction and calmness.

The life of humans is totally dependent on the individual’s attitude and their thoughts. Individual’s attitude varies person to person. How humans develop their attitudes based on their thoughts is how their life is going to be.

When we are thinking someone needs to help us, or someone needs to do something for us, including the thought that God needs to help us, it is just the imagination of the individual. Then, that individual becomes dependent on someone to do for their life. Anybody who is following something or someone to do for their own life, is not going to be experiencing anything on their own to feel satisfied with their lifestyle. If an individual feels to satisfy, they are to be independent, and they are to come up from their own individual’s talent and individual’s feelings. That is what we call humans with humanity.

Humans can have individual feelings. Humans are not dependent on someone to act. You can be a team person, but that is not applicable to the internal feelings. What that you are looking for is your self-satisfaction. The self satisfaction is very important for the human and where the self-satisfaction is not in place in any manner whether it is small or a big from the individual’s perception, this will bring some kind of pain and suffering which is not suitable for the individual’s intent and the needness of their individuality. The individual needness must have to be met by individual’s action and the type of lifestyle they are living. So here, what we are doing within the prayers or anything, what you are doing on the spiritual side, you are practicing how you can get into that pathway, and to get into that pathway is not merely through teaching or education. It is something that you need to practice day by day in your life. If you want to joy of the life home, with your family (husband, wife, children) relationships (accepting and respecting each other) must be excellent. Acceptance will bring so much joy and calmness within you. Where the acceptance is missing with any one your family members, that family will go through some kind of pain and suffering. If there is condition or control, there is acceptance/non-acceptance, rejection, disappointment, expectation, desires, failures, it is going to bring relationship damages down the road.

Accepting the non-acceptance is a great value in your life to practice to accept. The acceptance is how to accept the others’ condition, inability and expectation. That kind of acceptance will bring you inner calmness where you can enjoy the self-satisfaction. This is one kind of example that I am giving within the family members, how you can bring calmness and self satisfaction. However, there are many more things in your life. You are living everywhere you go. You are not only living within your family, also you are living within you, you are living around wherever you go. You are meeting so many people, and you are going to the temple to do prayers, or you may be going to work to meet the family needness. You are working with the relationship when you are working with the employers, employees, friends etc. There are so many places that you are involving and everywhere you go, if you do not have the acceptance, this is going to give you some kind of pain, suffering, disappointment and some kind of expectation etc. It will lead you not to accept and respect you. So, acceptance is very important for you to respect you and respect others. So, what this organization is doing by the name of Shri Siddhi Narayana Centre is that by the name of spirituality, or by the name of humanity, spirituality or the divinity we are organizing step by step how you can travel. You cannot travel from the divinity to humanity or spirituality to humanity, or humanity to divinity however there is an order, and that order is human, then humanity, spirituality and then divinity.

So first, we are taking birth on this earth as humans. That is a great part, now the human does not have anything. That human is supposed to develop the humanity within him to experience spirituality to come to know what spirituality is. So now, humanity must be realized while experiencing the lifestyle. First, we need live with it without any excuses or reasoning, we must learn, we have to practice how to live within humanity. The acceptance is one of the greatest part. The Shri Siddhi Narayana Centre organization is guiding the people to practice how you can live with humanity, then you can practice to experience the spirituality. Without the humanity you do not connect with spirituality. You think you are human, yes, you are human, but it does not mean that every human has humanity. So, you have to experience humanity then only you can travel to the next level of spirituality.

This organization is organizing, arranging and making things to happen, for the people to practice, and they are provided guidance on how to get into the path. It is not that easy as you think, as you are living in the influences of the circumstances, which is living with the personality. The personality of the individual does not let you to identify the humanity or let you to believe in the humanity. As such there is so many practices in order that we have to do. Shri Siddhi Narayana Centre is organizing step by step activities and practices for individuals to get into awareness. This is the intent of the Shri Siddhi Narayana Centre organization.

The experiencing people are not understanding people. The understanding people are not able to experience. Life must have to be experienced. To do that understanding people must realize life is to be experienced.

If you want to experience the place yourself, better to visit without knowing anything about that place. Once you know you will see the place through your understanding. That is not going to give the great experience. It will give you an experience but not what you need. So, if you want to see what you have within you, you need to experience on your own without any understanding. If you experience from the understanding, this will bring you to justify right, wrong, good, bad, true and false. When you are experiencing on your own without the help of the understanding, there will not be any judgmental mind.

Inexperienced practices mean that you are hearing from somebody, and started to believe in that, and started to make a move on that for your life, which is going to create a lot of misunderstanding to understand. Your understanding cannot be somebody’s understanding. Thinking about what others are thinking and beginning to act based on what you are thinking of others, this is the great confusion of the relationship which is going to lead to a lot of misunderstanding in order to live a life.

First, we need to organize ourselves to come to know and get into some kind of realization in the initial stage. What is this humanity? How can we practice getting into humanity? We are human, how we can earn the humanity to travel to spirituality. Once you are in the spirituality level it will start to make you feel to get into the divinity. Those steps you need to go through. From daycare you cannot qualify to be in grade five. When you are in grade five, you cannot qualify for university. People may be talking about the university; the people are talking about the quality of the university however you need to go through each step. Similarly, here also there is an order. It is not because you are a human you can do anything. No, you need to be qualified to do that. You are eligible, but you need to qualify. Every human is eligible for everything, but are they qualified to do everything? No, they must practice in such a way to qualify. This organization is guiding individuals to qualify based on their intent. Even though they are eligible, in order to get that qualification, they must practice by themselves and gain experience. This is how the Shri Siddhi Narayana Centre is guiding each and every individual to meet their intent and how to live without pain and suffering.

May God Bless you all. Thank you.

My soulful gratitude to Sridhar Guruji.
